Coming by Auto
From Ulm to Berg, your trip should take around 1 hour travel time using the B30 (not the A7!). To get an exact route plan from your destination to our front door, you can use the following link to the free service by Google maps Google Maps nutzen.
Coming by Train
If you prefer to leave the car at home, then you can take the high-speed Inter City Express (ICE) train to Ulm (which should be your last stop on the ICE). From Ulm, you can ride on the Inter Regional Express (IRE), or alternately with the Regional Express (RE) about 75 km to the Ravensburg station. From the Ravensburg station, you are just 4 km away from us, perfect for a comfortable ride in one of the famous Mercedes taxis in the region! Use the Timetable-Tickets feature from the Deutsche Bahn to easily connect you with the trains you need, and to print out a schedule.
Arrival by Plane
As an alternative to driving or taking the train is flying in by plane to Friedrichshafen. For far away visitors, this is without doubt the most viable option.
Connecting flights can be found from Hamburg, Hanover, Bremen, Berlin, Cologne, Vienna, Graz and Prague from various airlines, including Lufthansa and Intersky . With Intersky you can find direct many direct connections as well as the most attractive prices. The earlier you book, the cheaper it is, with flights from Berlin(Tempelhof) to Friedrichshafen and back for around 169 €. The flight from Cologne to Friedrichshafen should cost around the same, including all taxes and fees.
A workshop in Berg including arrival and departure is perfect for a one-day event. The journey begins for example, at 8:10 am with a flight from Cologne to Friedrichshafen. You can be back home in Cologne that same evening by 19:55 pm!
From the Friedrichshafen airport, it is still about 20 km to us in Berg.

Hotels
If you have more than one day, take the time to consider visiting the beautiful Lake Constance, the Allgäu, or Bregenzerwald which have ideal conditions for one or more stress-free (skiing included) holidays. For those who enjoy peace and quiet, but don't want to wander far from Berg, the hotel house Hubertus offers an inexpensive overnight possibility.
