Program WERTWASSER

The program WERTWASSER is used for the execution of a quantity and a cost estimation as well as for the evaluation of property of water supply net. WERTWASSER take the data from the programs CROSS and/or GraPS .

General

Screen - shots

With the program, new data can be entered again or the existing data with the program CROSS are used for further processing.

The produced value is stored directly when account documents are present. For older pipes, which do not include manufacturing costs, a measurement and a cost calculation are accomplished.

In addition, tables for cost of construction, pipeline, excavation, slide gate valve and hydrant, armature , roadway re-establishment , lining, house connection as well as the building cost index table are provided.

The price tables can be calculated related with the particular project or global.

WERTWASSER leads to the quantity estimation. Surfaces for roadway re-establishment, lining surfaces and earth excavation quantities are also determined.

Based on the price tables, the production price for the roadway, shoring, earthwork excavation and household connection costs and the costs of sliders, hydrants and valves are calculated.

The cost calculation can be accomplished for planned and/or existing pipes.

The extra engineering charge is also considered.

The depreciation is determined linearly, either by acquisition or by the replacement value.

Data output

Drawing

Beside detailed calculation lists (pipe by pipe), one can calculate roads and/or sorted list of year of construction.

Schedule of depreciation:

You can define a depreciation for individual pipes - by entering further amortization rates including starting period. In this case a list of the complete depreciation plan can be made.

Asset Check:

When desired, the program provides asset check, which gives the details of the pipes to remain and remove.

Summary:

The compilation provides a list, in which the computation results are summed alternatively and arranged over all pipes with identical road designation or with the year of construction. After the year of construction, additionally, an arrangement can be done taking amortization rates into consideration.

Application limitations

In a project max. 10,000 pipes can be stored.

Data exchange

Data can be taken from a hydraulic computation, which with the program CROSS is used.
