Program CADEX

The Program is an Interface of the Rehm plot programs to those CAD programs, which can have DXF interface and read the format in (e.g. AutoCAD). Starting from AutoCAD Release 2002, the Rehm-Program like CADEX can directly construct the plans in AutoCAD. In addition, CADEX contains a design preview (no CAD necessary) and an archiving system.

General

Screen - shots

If the preview is called, then the exact design size appears at first. The paper size & format which is already known is inserted in the plotter.

In the preview on the screen, the failure in the input parameters or the suggestions for improvement can be recognized and the data can be accordingly amended.

Thereby, unnecessary expenditures on the plotter can be avoided. This particularly is important in a network environment, in which the plotter is used at the same time by several co-workers. The user must only print the final output after he gets satisfies with the result.

Using mouse, a window can be drawn up, which shows the details inside the window in detail. So the details of a plan can be exactly examined.

Due to the possibility of printing as a hard copy printout on the printer, the user can overview the detailed plans. Another option of using plotter is also possible. For this, the indication range must be marked by the mouse. This is sent to the preset plotter. Before plotting, a scale factor can be entered, with which the drawing size can be adjusted.

With the archiving system, it is possible to save the plotting settings. Thus the design can be indicated at any time again on the screen or be sent on a plotter. The plotter setting is not necessary to be redefined again and again.

If the DXF-driver is used, the exporting of DXF-data can be imported in the CAD-program for the design. Here the designs can be changed or extended as desired.

The following Rehm-graphic program with CADEX can produce the plans in DXF-Format:

KANALPLOTDrawing of Channel profiles
FLUSSPLOTLongitudinal profile and Cross section drawing
CROSSPLOTLongitudinal profile drawing
CROSSPLANNetwork plan drawing
