While using GraPS, why "Wrong Slope" is written in the layout plan?
In GraPS you have an option whether to write the pipe or pipeline slope . Die Rohrlänge rechnet sich aus den Sohlhöhen des Rohres (Dialog Haltung bearbeiten) und der Rohrlänge (Abstand der Anschlusspunkte am oberen und unteren Schacht). Das Rohrgefälle können Sie direkt im Haltungsdialog verändern.
Das Haltungsgefälle wird im Haltungsdialog informativ angezeigt, kann dort aber nicht verändert werden. Es wird aus der Höhe der Hauptpunkte des oberen und unteren Schachts und des Abstands des oberen Schachts gebildet, und ist damit von den Schachtdaten abhängig.
Häufig erzeugen Sie in GraPS Schächte, indem Sie deren Position picken. GraPS ermittelt dann automatisch die Deckelkoordinaten und die Deckelhöhe (vorausgesetzt, dass die Höheninformation aus einem DGM oder aus eingelesenen Vermessungspunkten ermittelt werden kann). Wenn Sie nun keine Angaben für den Schachthauptpunkt machen, werden automatisch die Deckeldaten übernommen, d. h. die Höhe des Hauptpunkts ist gleich der Deckelhöhe. Das von GraPS auf Basis dieser Daten ermittelte Haltungsgefälle ist dann das Gefälle vom oberen zum unteren Schachtdeckel.
Mit der Funktion Koordinaten und Höhen updaten, die Sie im GraPS-Menübereich Allgemeines finden, können Sie die Hauptpunkthöhe auf Basis der Sohlhöhen der an einem Schacht angeschlossenen Rohre ermitteln, und somit auch das Haltungsgefälle automatisch berechnen lassen.
In the GraPS-toolbox, all the symbols 'smiles' or 'question mark' are seen (AutoCAD 2000, AutoCAD 2002). What is to be done so that the toolbox show the proper tool symbols?
Reason:
GraPS use & confirm the actual AutoCAD-Releases, Icons for the toolbox. Previous AutoCAD versions do not use icons in the toolbox, but instead use Bitmap-file.

End the AutoCAD and GraPS programs and using the windows-explorer do as according to the following process: Copy the content files inside the folderSupport_bmp, which can be found under the GraPS-Installation folder(normally \rehm\graps) . Likewise in the folder Support, the installation files for are found.
Start GraPS and open an existing project. Now call a function Edit drawing and GraPS will start along with its drawing file in AutoCAD. Give the AutoCAD Command in the command prompt: _menuload . There a dialog box will be displayed to select the location of the menu (title with Menu groups) Enter Grapsmenu and click on the radio button [Unload]. End the program AutoCAD.
Then, delete the following GraPS-Installation files (if exists): graps.mnu, graps.mnr, graps.mnc, graps.cui, GrapsMenu.mnu, GrapsMenu.mnr, GrapsMenu.mns, GrapsMenu.mnc and GrapsMenu.cui. Further delete the Menu-files Graps_1031.mnu and GrapsMenu_1031.mnu. Rename the file BMP_GrapsMenu_1031.mnu to GraPSMenu_1031.mnu. Start GraPS and open the drawing file. AutoCAD will load the menus and the toolbox with the Bitmap images will be used in AutoCAD .
After the installation of GraPS within AutoCAD, still the menu of KANALDESIGN is displayed.
Reason:
The old KANALDESIGN-Menus are still not removed.
Abhilfe:
In the AutoCAD command prompt, enter the command _menuload . In the list of the loaded used groups select KDMFC and click the button Remove. Exit AutoCAD and delete the filesKdMfc.mns, KdMfc.mnr, KdMfc.mnc and KdMfc.mnu, which are found in the installation directory of KANALDESIGN (normally \rehm\kanaldes).

One reason for the error message "Error reading the plot file <BildGrößeErmitteln>: Name" may be the wrong land setting. The land setting can be changed by Start | setting| Control panel| Regional setting. Make sure that the number format for a decimal character is adjusted with a comma.

While starting the program, the message "Login Table full" is displayed.
Durch einen Rechner- bzw. Programmabsturz kann es vorkommen, dass die Lizenz für ein Programmpaket nicht mehr ordnungsgemäß freigegeben wird. Beim Erneuten Starten des Programmes erscheint dann die Meldung "Login Table full". Nach einem Timeout von 10 Minuten wird dieser Login automatisch entfernt und das Programm kann wieder benutzt werden. Wem dies zu lange dauert, der kann den Login für das Programmpaket auch manuell löschen. Starten Sie hierzu im Verzeichnis \rehm\connet das Program hlsadmin.exe. Klicken Sie im linken Fenster auf das Hardlocksymbol. Im rechten Fenster erscheint eine Login-Tabelle mit dem hängengebliebenen Login. Markieren Sie diesen Eintrag und löschen ihn mit Delete Entry aus der Logintabelle. Anschließend können Sie das Programmpaket wieder starten.

How do I know which programs are resistered in Aladdin Monitor?
In the program CON-NET, you find a list of licenses for all the Rehm-installed programs under License | View. The basis for this list is the file RehmInstallationen.ini, which is put and/or updated with the correct installation by programs.
Die Übersicht zeigt neben dem Programmnamen die Versionsnummer des Programmpaketes an, die Anzahl der gerade benutzten Lizenzen (Aktiv), die Task-ID des Programmpaketes, den Installationspfad sowie die Gültigkeit der Lizenzdatei (<Programmname>.dll).
Die Task-ID finden Sie in der Logintabelle im Aladdin-Monitor wieder. Da hier die Programmpakete nicht mit dem Programmnamen, sondern nur mit einer Task-ID eingetragen werden, können Sie den dazugehörigen Programmnamen ermitteln, indem Sie die letzten beiden Stellen dieser Task-ID mit der Task-ID in der Lizenzübersicht vergleichen. Auf diese Art und Weise können Sie feststellen, welcher Eintrag in der Logintabelle des Aladdin-Monitors zu welchem Programmpaket gehört.
